As previously noted, after you have submitted the Expression of Interest and the $500.00 government fee, then your application will continue to the next step in the application process. Please note that passing the EOI stage does not guarantee Permanent Resident Status. The Government of Canada (not the Manitoba government) is charged with conferring status on applicants.
