Kristina Miroshnyk
Originally from Ukraine, Kristina has developed an expertise in Canadian immigration laws and procedures from helping clients for more than twelve (12) years. Prior to working at Clarke Immigration Law, she worked as an Educational Advisor and ICCRC Assistant where she assisted clients from various countries in Asia, the Commonwealth of Independent States (“CIS”) and other European countries.
Kristina has extensive experience handling many different types of IRCC applications including Study Permit applications (outside and inside of Canada). Study Permit extensions, PGWP applications, SOWP, eTA, various types of visas, Visitor Records and applications through the CUAET program.
Kristina fully supports every client who seeks to navigate the immigration system. At Clarke Immigration Law, she has been working on Family Class applications, Humanitarian applications and applications to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
Kristina is fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian. Most importantly, she is passionate about helping people.
