Maryna Mnatsakanian
Maryna immigrated to Canada in 2022 with her husband and three sons. She successfully managed family’s entire immigration journey, including CUAET applications, work permits, study permits, visitor record extensions, the MPNP process, and family reunification for parents. She hold a Master’s Degree in Science (Chemistry) from the Polytechnic University in Ukraine. She completed the EAL program at Red River College Polytechnic (CLB 8) and Administrative Assistant training with Opportunities for Employment (OFE).
Before immigrating to Canada, worked as a copywriter in Ukraine, creating content for websites and managing social media accounts. In Winnipeg, 2023, volunteered at the Immigrant Centre, where supported newly arrived families with documentation and settlement tasks. Between 2023-2024, she remotely worked as an Enrollment Manager at an Australian language school, helping immigrants prepare for their IELTS and CELPIP tests.
Maryna is fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian languages. At CIL, she assists with application preparation and leads our social media initiatives.
Outside of work, she is an influencer with a lifestyle and immigration blog followed by more than 21,000 subscribers. She enjoys reading books, attends FitBoots training, sings in the women’s ensemble DyvoVoices, loves exploring Canada and the world, and she has a cat named Afina.
Maryna came to Canada searching for better future for her family and now she helps others build theirs.
